幽默小品

上课时第一个目的，是引起动机，吸引同学们的注意力。本人认为最有效的办法就是讲故事给同学听。

其中一种故事是带有幽默感的，最能引起全班同学的兴趣。当然故事的内容必须要符合本课的教材，收效会更大。

以下是两则有关教英语的幽默故事，跟大家分享：

（1） ‘WELL’ 字的用法

One day a teacher was teaching the word 'well' and its various usage. She began by telling the pupils a story to arouse their interest:

A boy was very fond of his favourite teacher and wrote him a letter. He began his letter with "How are you Sir?..........."

Very soon he received his teacher's reply in which he wrote "I am very well. How are you in school?"

Without hesitation, this pupil gave his teacher a prompt reply, in which he started with : "I'm happy to hear that you are well, Sir. I am also in the well........."


如此短短几分钟的开场白，不但全体同学都振作起来，精神也抖擞了，整节课已经成功了一半。

(2) 错用词句

早上在一条繁忙的大街上，小强背着书包站在路旁，左手拿着玩具枪，右手握着一把剑。英语老师发觉了，上前去问他为何还不去上课。小强胸有成竹地回答说：“我正在想是要‘Shoot through’ 还是‘Cut across’ 这条街道呢？”

还有一天，老师又看到小强在同一个地方徘徊着，“你又怎么啦？小强？”老师问道。

小强理直气壮地回答说：“我正在等‘Traffic jam’ 啦，老师。”

原来小强手中拿着一片面包和一把果酱刀。顿时把老师给气煞了。

相同一个‘Jam’ 字(其意思是指‘果酱’或指‘交通阻塞’），用错地方，笑话可闹大了，不是吗？
